For multiple nights a 50% deposit is required.

Standard Terms & Conditions
- Payment of deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less $50 administration fee. If your booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the accommodation for the full period of the booking cancelled.
- Check-in time is after 2 pm
- Check-out time is 10 am.
- Maximum 2 adults.
- Unfortunately we cannot accommodate Pets.
- Non smoking inside room but permitted on our verandahs.
- Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Damage, Breakage's, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
- Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
- The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
